Varying laws on sweepstakes, contests, and lotteries make it very prohibitive to open these up to other countries. Heck, in some cases even state laws create exclusions.

It would be a way cooler promo if it could be global but our hands get tied on these things.

One of my old friends lives in China, and plays via Skype and Yahoo Video with his Massachusetts gaming group every week. Makes the rest of us whose groups have broken up just look bad.
