When I try to access your FTP site, it spins for a while, then says the request timed out. Do you still have it set up? Thanks!

It spins!? You must be on a mac.

Yeah, my site is still up. It's done down a couple of times in the last few weeks, and one of those times it was down for nearly half a day, but it's been up for quite some time now. Nobody else has reported any problems, so I don't know what to tell you.

Heh... good eye. :) (Actually, I have a Mac and a PC side-by-side here at work.) I've tried ftp'ing on the PC with no luck over the past few days; I'll try the Mac next. Thanks!

kreynolds: no luck on the Mac - it says Server file error:data connection error:connection closed. At least it gave me a proper error this time, rather than just timing out.

Jester, could you please email me a copy of your file? The email address in my profile is current. Thanks!

I've never had a probelm FTPing before form work, but the tech guys at the parent company are always trying new things, so they may have beefed up network security that way. I'm the company IT guy here, but they don't always tell me everything...

I'll try it from home, though, and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestion, omokage!

Curse of the business, I guess. :) The only thing unusual that I see in my logs come from the following IP: 12.247.254.192. If that IP is that of your firewall, then there's your problem. However, if that's your IP, my logs say that the file was sent successfully.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, Eridanis, I've been out of town...

Anyway, the file should be en route as an attachment even as we speak... er... whatever.
