Anyspell plus Metamagic Feats?

The anyspell spell allows you to read and prepare any arcane spell of up to 2nd level that you have a written copy of. The spell occupies your 3rd level Cleric Domain.

My question is would a metamagic feat applied to the spell, say quicken spell, apply to the 3rd level domain slot, making the spell now occupy a 7th level domain slot.

Or

Would the metamagic feat apply to the arcane spell making it 4 levels higher and probably unusable with anyspell?

i think the only way to apply metamagic, is if the spell that was prepared was metamagiced to 3rd level (like a scroll of Extended Bull's Strength)

This is the correct interpretation. IDHMBIFOM, or I'd post you references in the PH (look in the metamagic sections). Think of it like a wand of empowered magic missle. You have to pay for that as if it were a 3rd level spell....
