AoO Armed/Unarmed

Ok, first have to admit that the rulespart of any rpg was never my strong point Now i started my first 3e campaign recently and we will play again this saturday. My players will encounter a bunch of undead. Just now after feeling: "i am prepared" i realized all my undead have no weapons. Is it correct that if a creature attacks with his claws or bites (hence unarmed) provokes an AoO from their target if the target carries a weapon? Or are "Natural weapons" the exception? I am just not shure anymore Any help appreciated!

"Natural weapons" are an exception (as you're putting it) -- they do not count as unarmed, and do not provoke AOOs.

Actually being unarmed means you're doing subdual/nonlethal damage, among other things.

Yes, natural attacks on monsters are considered weapons. Hence, they can AoO.
