AoO's when blind?

Can a character or monster take Attacks of Opportunity when blind?

What about if they have the Scent special ability?

[sblock]I'm wondering specifically about at the Blind Mountain Troll in section A3 of the Shattered Gates of Slaughtergarde, for anyone who's familiar with it.[/sblock]

"You can’t execute an attack of opportunity against an opponent with total concealment, even if you know what square or squares the opponent occupies."

Scent lets you pinpoint a character, but doesn't remove the total concealment he enjoys while you're blind.
