That I could see; but I would leave it to the player's decision. With the sorcerer in particular, I'd try to get a paragon path that focuses on a combination of Str/Cha. Ideally, I'd actually probably pick up paladin multiclass for the sake of it (with no real intention of multiclassing other than access to that path). Let me see... Oh, here's a good one.
Divine Sorcerer spends feat for soldier of the faith, then takes justiciar paragon path. at 21st level he becomes a Revered One. There's an interesting take on that character.
I'm also fairly certain there should be more paragon paths in Divine Power.
*edit* also, if you're stretching a bit for 3 stats (wisdom), you could take angelic avenger, or if you don't want to take a MC feat, the FRPG has several divine paths
