Arcana Evolved/Diamond Throne conversion

I love the way you have handled rune-children especially runechild perfection 1 and 2. As far as Rune Messiah goes I'm not to sure about it it feels a
bit weak but i will need to look over it some more

Glad you liked it. ;)
What would you want to improve on the Rune Messiah? Do you think the "Once per day, if you die" ability is not strong enough?

Lord Tirian suggested some specific powers used instead of the "multi-classing stealing". Did you have any concrete ideas yet - I'd love to hear them!

Working on it - I'm trying to think of a way to handle the fact that you're using different stats for attacks, depending on your class - which is, incidentally, the problem with the super-multiclassing: You're probably staying close to the "natural" multiclass combinations, due to your ability scores. But you're restricted to your role... so pretty much end up with the stuff you'd taken naturally.

For example, if you're a warlock, you either have Con or Cha as favoured ability. This means as a runechildren you're going to pick up... warlock powers. Meaning you basically go into runechildren to pick up your own powers, just in weaker - and if you're already multiclassing (and can hence select that role), you're also staying there.

And currently, I'm trying to avoid making the "generic" powers too focused on a single class ability score without making them plan "choose" - but it looks like I'm going down that route.

Cheers, LT.

How about giving the Runechild a choice which ability score to use? (Like with the Dragonborn Breath weapon)
