What can I say, I still use forms from the old TSR Adventure Design Kit... (mostly the Chases sheet - more useful with 3.X than it was with 1st ed.). When I realized that it was just forms I instantly bought it.

Dungeon Master's Design Kit of three seperate books. Loved it back in the day and found it's use of the flowchart very useful and something that needs to be talked about nowadays. It wasn't a campaign planner as much as an adventure planner though no?
