Are golem considered adamantite weapons?

You need adamantite weapons to hit them.
Are they considered adamantite weapons?
My players are using stoneskin and are about to meet some.
Thanks.

I think creatures' natural weapons always overcome like-DR. So if they have DR x/adamantine, then they also overcome x/adamantine.

Maybe I'm getting mixed up, though.

Nevermind, changing my vote.

Some monsters are vulnerable to piercing, bludgeoning, or slashing damage.

Some monsters are vulnerable to certain materials, such as alchemical silver, adamantine, or cold-forged iron. Attacks from weapons that are not made of the correct material have their damage reduced, even if the weapon has an enhancement bonus.

Some monsters are vulnerable to magic weapons. Any weapon with at least a +1 magical enhancement bonus on attack and damage rolls overcomes the damage reduction of these monsters. Such creatures’ natural weapons (but not their attacks with weapons) are treated as magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

It doesn't specify that creatures' natural weapons are treated as weapons of that material for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction, so no.

I'd imagine that an adamantine golem's weapons would count as adamantine, but that's the only kind.

Of course, an iron golem could possibly be fitted with adamantine weapons ...

and a flesh golem could have adamantine blades rivited to the back of it's fingers.

Just give him a hat and an ugly sweater and have him hang out in a boiler room...

*sigh* The "give him an adamantine greatsword" idea just doesn't cut it with you two, does it? :p

Nah, most golems wouldn't be intelligent enough to use real weapons. :D That's why they only get slam attacks.
Heh. All that xp and money spent and you can't make a golem with martial weapon proficiency?

Ah well.
