Are golem considered adamantite weapons?

Hm, I don't see it.

Against a holy weapon:
10/good is negated.
10/good and silver is halved.

Against a silver weapon:
10/good applies
10/good and silver is halved

You could argue that it makes 10/good as good as 10/good and silver, but it seems to really depend on the situation.

Looking at the DR problem I don't think it's as bad as it seems. The rank-and-file troops have DR x/good or material, so just equipping your troops with cold iron/silver weapons will work.
And your higher-ups should have protection against their lessers; if that means commanders can't fight against another, so be it.

Also remember that the commanders are likely to hit hard enough to not really notice DR anyway. 10 point DR just makes the fight last longer.

Also, they have these new-fangled sure-striking weapons these days, that count as all alignments for DR purposes. Those are gonna be pretty popular in the Blood Wars.

Whenever I had a dragon I always had a dragon slaying sword in the treasure.
Made sense that people would go in there with them and...fail.
Then the dragon is too greedy to destroy it.

Thanks.
Golems are not adamantium weapons.
But Gulgars are :) (Monster Manual III, earth elemental humanoids, sort of)

And our heroes are 12th to 14th, and they are meeting up with CR 11 clay golems.
Have them blow a lot of their healing on their first encounter.
