Well, I'd say it would depend on the cut of the human. Since we don't use our arms for locomotion, that would probably be where the light meat would be, along with the ribs. The abdomen and legs would probably be dark.

Now, does human taste like chicken?

Mostly light and not at all like chicken, yet not as stringy as dog. Overall, not too bad, why people stranded and forced into cannabalism feel ashamed afterwards is beyond me. Why feel bad? That is the ultimate sacrifice, and quite tasty as well.

We're meat eaters (like pigs) so light meat, grass eaters are red meat (like cows), the choices cuts I have no idea. I guess you'll have to cook a person to find out.
