Are there any good "Elemental: Water" Wizard or Sorcerer PrCs out there?

I have a player who might be interested in playing a spell-caster who primary focus is ultimate control over water.

Any cool PrC's ring a bell?

This month's Dragon magazine has a neat water prestige class. The same article also has some nice spells with the [Water] descriptor.
