In regards to the column, would the advice be simply following RAW, or could you suggest houserules/interpretations you prefer as well (without misleading readers into thinking that is the actual rules, of course)? I'm more of a RAI type person when RAW gets silly.
Another concern anyone who gets this job should have is how often Paizo completely changes existing rules, and the unorganized fashion in which its done. Some examples:
Sean K. Reynolds (SKR) slipped in a (good, IMO) change to the Scar hex in the Ultimate Magic FAQ, that wasn't updated to the PF SRD for a while afterwards that completely altered how useful the hex was:

Trip weapons, which initially worked just as in 3E aside from the combat maneuver changes, got suddenly changed in a
blog post. Originally, you needed a trip weapon to make a trip attempt, after that blog post, the
FAQ was updated to to say that you can use any weapon to trip with (and thus gain enhancement bonus, weapon focus, etc... on your CMB). SKR also said you get a trip weapon's bonuses on drag and reposition maneuvers.
I nominate StreamOfTheSky.
At least, I summon him here so he may apply if he so wishes.
ENWorld has a lovely feature to undo that particular feature, so I don't receive notifications everytime someone mentions me.
But thank you for the consideration. I would actually be interested in this, I already spend lots of time typing about Pathfinder and helping people with questions / optimization advice, may as well make a job out of it.
SOTS is capable, but I don´t want every answer leading to how bad the rogue is under the Pathfinder rules.
I wouldn't do that in an advice column, unless the advice sought was along the lines of "is Rogue a powerful class," or "should I play a Rogue or a Ninja," or the like.
I'm not applying for the position. I'm throwing a question out for those who are; Morrus can compare your answers, as a test. (He may want you to pm him with answers to it? So you can't see the answers of those going before you? Up to him.) Because I've been wondering about something.
What happens to Domain spells that have been Metamagicked? I'm assuming they would fill a higher domain level slot, but the rules as written kind of imply that only the two "normal" spell options from the domains are supposed to go in there. But if that's so, it would mean that domain spells can't have meta-magic applied to them. Obviously, this is really only important in those cases where having the domain is the only way the spell is available to the character. But anyway ... allowed, forbidden, or GM's call?
By strict RAW and what I consider to be the designers' intent, I would say you can definitely use domain spells modified by metamagic feat(s) to be higher level in your domain slots. The text specifically says, "A cleric gains one domain spell slot for each level of cleric spell she can cast, from 1st on up.
Each day, a cleric can prepare one of the spells from her two domains in that slot."
The only requirement to prepare a spell in those slots is that they come from one of your domains' spell lists. For there to be any case at all for restricting metamagic-applied domain spells, it would at least have to be worded more like this: "Each day, a cleric can prepare one of the spells of that level from her two domains in that slot," and even that would be ambiguous without actually placing a definitive restriction on the slots' use.
For what it's worth, as with any other spell slot, you could also use a higher level domain spell slot for a lower level spell for no added benefit at all. Say you had War Domain and preparing Divine Power in both the 4th and 5th level slots was more appealing to you than the 5th level offerings of War or your other domain. Again, the only restriction is that its a spell from your domains, and the general spellcasting rules (you need at least a 4th level slot to cast a 4th level spell, for instance).
