I think for me, it depends on what is new.
I have zero interest in paying WOTC $100+ for milquetoast errata to fix the design flaws that should have been identified in 2014.
What would swing my "no" to a "yes" is:
I have zero interest in paying WOTC $100+ for milquetoast errata to fix the design flaws that should have been identified in 2014.
What would swing my "no" to a "yes" is:
- actually interesting monsters
- major spell rebalance
- DM support (for example, I want Chase rules that are actually fun and engaging to run)
- new things that are interesting and cool. They keep talking about a "Bastion" subsystem. That's cool and new! Assuming it's good, it could get me excited
