Are you ready for some Football (Americano)!

Every year, I hate fantasy football more and more.

I scored (up to now) the highest point total of the year in my money fantasy league. But I lost because of Joe Mixon, and because my opponent happened to score the new highest point total for the year.

Literally, if I had played any other team this week or any other week, or that team any other week, it's a W. But instead, I lost the game.

I hate Joe Mixon. I hate Fantasy Football. And I hate the desiccated corpse of the Cowboys and the lich Jerry Jones.
I was heavily invested into fantasy football for about 10 years (in 3-4 leagues per season). I gave it up 10 years ago and now enjoy watching football so much more.

Eh, I can't quit it. But I have made sure that once I set my lineup, I don't check my FFL game until Sunday night, after the games. That makes it better.

You know, except for that rare occasion like this week, when I blow the roof off, and the only chance I have to lose is if my opponent sets a new record because the Dallas Cowboys have quit on their season and allowed Joe Mixon to score 3 TDs, rush for over 100 yds, AND catch 2 passes for 40 yards (friggin' PPR) so I lose by a point due to MNF.

Naw, not bitter.

Thats why my league does double headers. So it averages out. Surprising how many fantasy sites dont allow it as an option.

I demand that all Aaron Rodgers gifs:
1. Are of him in a Jets uniform.
2. Include the fact that his winning percentage with the Jets is lower than that of both Zach Wilson and Sam Darnold.

It's like those Mafia circulated "Football Cards" where you bet money on. I think I won $10 in the 30+ years I've been played them. I always asked myself why I bother.

I don't watch football other than Bills games, the Thanksgiving games, a game someone that's over wants to watch (to keep tabs on their fantasy football) or rarely I stop while flipping through channels to watch a game. Most of my knowledge is trivial at best so I can't compare team vs team on a weekly level to paly fantasy football or play the cards anymore.
