Clearly didnt spend enough time preparing...

I can't remember- is this a 10-team, or a 12-team league?

If it's 12, then that's actually a really solid team. My 12-team league is so cut-throat in drafting, I don't think you could actually end up with that team.

If 10 ... eh, it's not the team I'd draft. #humblebrag

But it's a team with significant upside if certain things fall your way. Here's my analysis (worth what you paid me for it):

Notes-
Your starting lineup is really solid. Seriously. You have a great duo at RB (Bijan is top-tier, and TreVeyon might be one of my favorite ... I don't think you can call him a sleeper because he's been so hyped ... but he has RB1 Gibbs-like potential). After Allen and Lamar, Hurts is the most dependable QB1 in the league for fantasy.

London and Wilson are two of the top 20 WRs.
The Ravens D is ... the Ravens D.

Your bench is interesting. You have some some choices of high-impact players that you get cheap due to injury but will come on-line later (Godwin), a necessary handcuff (Allgeier), a completely unproven player who might end up absolutely crushing it as a Top 10 fantasy pick, or disappear into a timeshare or doghouse (Harvey), a player I love that would have been a good sleeper if they hadn't inserted Danny "Dead Arm" Dimes into the starting lineup (Downs), and what I hope was your last pick (after your kicker), because I had a serious WTF moment (Jacory Croskey-Merritt).

I did laugh a little that you chose a Dallas RB. Hey, why not! Look, I don't know if all the Dallas RBs would combine to form Voltron, or a single RB in the top 40 in fantasy points. But who knows? I don't. Things get dire, and you have to take flyers.

I don't think you have a TE, but honestly? After TE1 (Bowers), then TEs 2-3 (McB and Kittle) ... there's just a lot of names to look at until you get to what I call the Kincaid Line. I'd say that Ertz is below the Kincaid line..... maybe he really does have a special connection with Daniels and they'll keep using him and he will be a good pick. Or ... maybe they're going to be using Deebo for those TE pass plays and the second rounder they drafted because Ertz can't block. I'd watch the first game closely, and look hard at getting a new TE if you don't see Ertz continue to be used as a Daniels security blanket.

Overall-
I love your strength at QB (assuming Jalen does not get injured) and RB. I think you have three solid RBs (Bijan with the Allgeier handcuff, Henderson, Harvey), although Henderson and Harvey are both unknown with incredible ceilings and floors of bupkes. If both connect, you're set. If one connects, you should be good. If both strikeout ... you don't have any other bench RBs .... might want to scour the waiver wire for a RB that has a higher chance of hitting that than the two you have (IMO).

Your WRs ... I think both your starters are fine. I'm ... not high on Wilson because, you know. The Jets. Justin Fields. The Jets. But he's got talent and a track record. I love Jakobi (in your flex) with Geno at the helm and an actual real coaching staff in Vegas. I SUPER LOVE Godwin as a stash pick.

As for Downs? Well .... maybe Danny Dimes will surprise us.

TE is deep this year outside of tier 1 so if I’m not in on the position (which is like 9/10 seasons) I usually go for guy on team that throws and has 33% chance to score a TD. This Ertz. Also people went crazy drafting two of them….

Downs has some of the best WR stats in the league. It’s true Danny Dimes will probably keep the potential down but this was late round pick was basically free for a starter.

My salary cap ended up being a bit of a disaster.

Jalen hurts
Jonathan Taylor
Austin ekler
Jackoury Crosby merit (lol)
RJ ZHravey
Hi dibbins
Ray Davis
Malik Nabers
Garrett wilson
Khalil shakur
Josh downs
Chris Godwin
Jake Ferguson
Matt Gay

I was shut out if tier 1 RB and WR. Folks were spending with reckless abandon. I just took the discounts where I could get them after paying a lot for hurts the last tier 1 QB cause I needed tier 1 something!!

Don't get me started on TEs. You know how I listed the last five years of my performance in my Big Money* Fantasy Football League? Well, there's a reason I didn't do six.

Six years ago, I had a harebrained scheme. I was going to corner .... the TE market. It worked as well for me as it did the Hunt Brothers.

Yeah, I'm going deep on references today.

Anyway, I learned my lesson. Don't eff with Tight Ends. Either draft a Tier 1 TE, or if they get taken don't bother worrying about it and take what you get. And never draft two- just roster shift when you need to because of byes or injuries. Obviously, if you think that there might be a TE ready to blow up, grab 'em off the waiver wire during the season (I rode Likely to some victories when I snagged him late in '23 at an opportune time), but basically unless you can grab a top TE early, treat the position like a kicker.

Also? If you really hate yourself, take Kyle Pitts. And if you don't, laugh at the person who took them. I actually had him his first year for value, and you think it would have been a good experience. I can assure you- it was not. He might have been the rookie TE with 1000 yards, but somehow he managed to get 1000 yards, as a TE, and only ONE TD. How is that even possible? I couldn't even enjoy the points he did give me, because I was always like, "How are you possibly doing this?" Luckily, the pain of that caused me to avoid the pain of ever drafting him again.

*For some values of "Big Money." As a non-gambler, I view "loser has to pay for a nice venue and food and drinks" and "entry fee of $300" as Big Money. One of the players in the league is in another league that he calls his "Big Money League," and ... um ... yeah, that's definitely more-ish.

Downs has some of the best WR stats in the league. It’s true Danny Dimes will probably keep the potential down but this was late round pick was basically free for a starter.

Don't get me wrong. I love Josh Downs. I've had him ... at least twice (maybe I've picked him up a few other times) and I know his talent! I love him as a player, and if he's available at the end of our draft, I might get him again. But ... c'mon. How can you possibly build an offense with deep threats, and draft a rookie QB with a cannon ... and then screw up your rookie QB, not give him enough reps, and finally bench him for the desiccated corpse of Danny Dimes?

I'd tell you to feel bad for the Colts fans, but you're a Vikings fan, right?

I'm sure you're dealing with your own trauma. Some of it may have even involved Danny Dimes.
