The dreaded thing known as nostalgia has finally caught up with me. So, here I am sitting at my computer being bored because I have no good books to read and no good video games to play. Then i start remembering the good times I has while reading and playing certain books and vidoe games. I have since tried to re-read or replay those books and video games, but it is just not the same. I do know it was not just the game, but the time as well, as well as the sense of wonder brought on by them. I have tried planning such times, but you just can not do that, they just sort of happen. Arrrgggghhh, i am sad now. :(

Yeah. I can't play Doom, Elite, or Arena anymore. Nor Another World (maybe known to you by the name of Out of this World).

I was able to play Monkey Island 1&2 in 2003, though. It was hard.

I know what you're going through. I grew up with games like Zelda and Mario Bros., and when I try to play them again, it just isn't the same, so right now I don't have much to play either. I even bought one of those Atart Multiple games in a controller things, and I enjoyed it immensly at first, but I quickly grew bored. :(

Well, since late lasy year i have been on and off playing FF9 again. Having to level up my characters is a pain in the neck. Not to mention I have to now once again tackle the two of the most annoying places in the game, Oeilvert and the Desert Palace.

EDIT: Right now I am taking a little break, but not too long or else I will not play it again for a couple of months.

I don't know. I still get a kick out of those old games. I downloaded a bunch of roms off Bearshare the other day, and played Pooyan and Mr. Do. Wow.

I know, I'm going straight to prison.

When they outlaw Pooyan, only outlaws will have Pooyan.
