While there are just so many pieces that mean D&D to me, I think the following one always hits me in the feels. I think it's because this is the first D&D thing that I bought with my own money, rather than just using other people's books or whatnot.

What game is this piece from. I really love it.

Dark Fantasy game from Free League called Symbaroum. The whole book is stuffed with art this good. The art and writing alone are worth the price of admission. The game itself is pretty good too. Some neat ideas and mechanics.
