Arterial Strike

Can you forgo multiple dice of sneak attack damage to cause more severe bleeding when using the Arterial Strike feat from Song and Silence? For example, could you forfeit +3d6 sneak attack damage in order to cause a wound that bleeds for 3 points of damage per round.

I would say no simply because it doesn't explicity say you can in the description (yes- I know it doesn't say you can't either, but if you read the description...).
Mutiple wound causes cumulative blood loss (i.e. two strikes for 2 points of bleeding each round, etc.)

But- I would say no ya can't forego more than +1d6 at any given time.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Not a very good feat, though. Unless the wound will lasts for at least 4 rounds, and they wouldn't have died earlier if you used the sneak attack dice, it's not worth using.

EDIT: The more I read my posts, the less clear they become.
