I wouldn't know how to go about that. You can get t-shirts with the EN World logo at RPGmall.com, but I don't know how they could be individually customised.

You could probably do it with transfer sheets, if you can find good ones or a place with a transfer machine. I work at a Kinkos and we get them done by another local business for about $20 each (for a single shirt, not volume).

Hence you iron it on or airbrush it on. That will run about $10 extra / shirt.

What's the cost in embroidery? There're places in malls that'll embroider a name on a shirt While-U-Wait for $5, aren't there?

And it's just nicer than screened/painted/whatever names that eventually rub or flake...
