I find it strange that the governtment and the BSA have such powerful tools at their disposal and haven't used them yet in any p2p case. Just for speculation's sake why is that? I'm still waiting on that link that supports your theory, you might want to start looking here: http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/

1. This is a game site.
2. What's doctionary.com? Some kind of medical site? ;-p
3. If you don't understand the principles of a discussion, please look it up here: http://dictionary.reference.com/search?r=2&q=discussion i'm always happy to help.
4. Your supposed to be a roleplayer, use your imagination and try to understand boh sides of the coin...

You only find it strange because you do not understand that unless an officer of the law actually witnesses the crime in a fashion that cannot be construed as entrapment, the crime requires that a criminal complaint be filed before an investigation into the crime proceeds.

1. This is a message board. Some here come because they play games, others come because they create games. However, it is in no way, shape, or form, a game in and of itself.

2. It's a mispelling, and you know perfectly well what I was referring to.

3. I understand the principles of a discussion. However, you are not discussing anything. You are being argumentative and disseminating falsehoods.

4. I understand both sides of the coin. However, I will not accept your side of the coin as correct. Nor will the law accept your side of the coin correct. And it is obviously your side of the coin. Not once have you stated you were acting as devil's advocate, nor have you stated anything to be a hypothetical situation or other manner of supposition. I'm starting to think that you are arguing your side on the basis of personal belief and experience as a thief and perpretrator of online piracy. Maybe if someone hijacked your website or some other situation that put you in a publisher's situation, you'd start seeing things the right way.

Wow, I've NEVER used an ignore feature on a message board until now... Dana and Cergorach, you have the honor of being the first two.

1. Sure it is, i'm playing it now, it's called "Making fun of Dana."
Ya know, Dana can be rude and annoying sometimes (sorry Dana) but he's rarely mean about it.

doesn't mean anyone else finds it funny. Uncalled for, petty, rude, mean-spirited, childish, perhaps. But not funny.
