Attack type on Monster class

If I'm playing an Avoral Guardinal (who get 2 wing attacks when standing), would I get both as a standard action, or would I need to be able to make a full attack to use both?

You only get multiple natural attacks when you take a full-attack action. You can only make a single natural attack as a standard action.
