Those are stat blocks from Zeitgeist Chapter 6 - Revelations from the Mouth of a Madman (on the left) and from Adventures in Zeitgeist.
Both are CR 10 monsters... accept of the following:
  • 30% more HP
  • 370% more dammage
  • Ranged option
  • Regarging abilities
  • Bonus actions options
  • Dammage imunitiesm
  • Saves
  • Conditions immunities.....
  • etc.
Yeah, i know that one is from 502 a.o.v. and the second one - from 522.
Which wonw do you think suits best for CR 10 monster and which one would you use in the Labirinth and/or in the Tinker Odcog`s appearance scene ?

the Adventures in Zeitgeist B.E.A.R. is built using the A5E Monstrous Menagerie rules (which are fairly reliable and carry over to base 5e pretty well), and fits that pretty much perfectly (its HP is 25% lower then the average CR 10 monster, and so its damage is 25% higher to account for that). the Chapter 6 B.E.A.R. is more like a bipolar CR 8/9 (super low HP, super high damage). for that reason (and because the statblock is just more interesting) i'd recommend using the AiZ one.

I agree with W'rk, though I'll add that for the sake of timeline canon, don't show the statblock to your players unless you remove the Merciful Wind reference to Caeloon, since that's a plane that show sup in adventure 12 and then ends up part of the assumed default cosmology twenty years later.
