OOC - There is something major in her statement about Justice's lineage - it assumes that everyone in the North knows about the Bluestar's line... something that I find it hard to imagine has been made public information. Especially if it is truly a "foe" to Big Blue himself... something that Kennon has assured me I am correct in noting and wanting to explore further.

Wasn't trying to make a big deal of it, which is why I moved on so quickly so that we could finish the task at hand.

This is IC so if Justice would push push. And it would not surprise me for everyone to know of the Bluestar's line in the North, but the Apecto's line should be more recent knowledge.
I'm not surprised Kennon wants you to get more information on the strange remark.

Justice shoots a quick look to Jansten - her eyes burning with questions. Raising her hand and forcing her emotions to calm, she seems to physically steer the conversation back to where it went astray. "I believe that you are mistaken, Lady Goldenblade, but we shall discuss this at length at a later time. Back to the matter at hand. You and your child."

Tiring of the gentle weening of information, Archonus turns to face Dara.
"Dara! The Circle of the rebellion you claim to fight for asked you here for one purpose and that purpose was to discover the identity of your child's father."
As he walks closer to her his voice raises to a most commanding tone.
"Who is the father?!"

Xath buries her hands in her face. She rings to the others in a defeated tone, "So much for the tactful approach."

Justice, glaring at Archonus gasps, obviously shocked by her friends behavior.

((OOC - may want to roll a bluff, too. You may have wanted to know the father, but we called her here to talk about her being a wetnurse - not to discover who the father is... or at least, that is what *I* thought the purpose was... however, I was not really a part of the bringing Dara in piece of conversation - so I could be wrong...))

No. Archon objected before she was brought in. We brought her in to determine whether or not he was the father of her child. She wasn't a canidate for nursemaid after Archon let on about their past.
