Watched the movie last night. It's good but I don't feel that it lives up to the original series, largely because of how many original cast members are gone.

The movies were all progressively worse. In the beginning is solid, third space is decent. River of souls is terrible, legend of the rangers is so laughably bad I don’t know if I could watch it again

I think Thirdspace suffered because the design of the Shadows and their ships did Eldritch so well that it was impossible to top.

It definitely had the sequel problem of "yeah that big bad was awesome, but our big bad is EVEN MORE AWESOME!!!!"

That said, the idea of shields in the B5 universe was pretty cool, even though the shields could only take 1 hit it was a monstrous advantage for the enemy and really neat to see.
