As for premature guesses about the best of the whole show, my guess would be Coming of Shadows or Severed Dreams. Those two are the Hugo award winners, after all.

Signs and Portents (or Chrysalis, or And the Sky Full of Stars, or Babylon Squared) would probably have gotten one as well had the votes not have split because of too many episodes in the running.
