I'm stoked- we're going to resume a campaign that's been on hiatus since before 3.5 came out, tonight! Yay- I get to play Dworkin Darkhammer "The Accursed" again!!!
My character started as a LN dwarven ranger, eventually multiclassing into a ranger/rogue. He called himself "Neverbeard" and kept his beard shaved clean in shame (his folk had been slain by goblins while he was out scouting).
Then, around 12th level, he put on a helm of opposite alignment and became CE. Urk! He regrew his beard, reclaimed his name and now he's out to conquer a realm for himself!
Though the dm (omrob) has run a different group of characters a good ten times since then, I've been urging him to get back to these guys for quite a while. Hurray, we finally are!
I'm very excited to play him again. Just thought I'd share.
