If a Barbarian with Swift Charge reduces an enemy to 0 hit points with a critical hit, does he or she get two free attacks (one Basic Melee Attack as a result of Rampage, and one Basic Melee Attack as part of a charge from Swift Charge)? If so, can the Barbabrian choose whether to first charge and then get the attack as part of Rampage, or whether to first get the Rampage free attack and then charge?
