Barbarian missing from Dragon ToC?

Personally, unless it is an error, I think the most likely answer is they are holding it back for the first "subscriber only" issue. I don't really blame them.
I don't either, really. Except for the fact that they announced it as being part of a free issue. Shifting dates are acceptable (it happens). Charging for cool stuff is acceptable. Promising cool stuff for free, then charging for it is somewhat dirty pool.

Note: I'm not assuming or accusing WotC of holding the article for pay. I'm just voicing my opinion of that idea, should it come to pass.

I was really looking forward to the Barbarian article but some of the others are also capturing my interest. As to when I think DDI will start to be pay to view, probably either December or January, hopefully after the holiday rush.

Me too, there's still lots of stuff to look forward to (the FR stuff, magic swords, the bestiary, and gnoll PCs).
True enough. I'm just really psyched about any new classes or builds... but I guess it does imply new Swordmage powers (I'm getting that book) and new Epic Destinies sound sweet. Yeah, good stuff... but still feeling a little let down. Hoping it'll come up for real soon.

They changed the art and blurb for this month's dragon...no more picture/mention of the barbarian. Looks like they are delaying the article after all. :erm:

edit: ninja'ed!

Meh, I'll be playing with Ari's barbarian class next month. Let Wizards play their games. ;)

(I am of course, looking forward to WotC's Barbarian, but I'm not going to be upset that they pushed back a 'playtest' version.)
