D&D 5E Barbarian subclass?

I'm in favor of barbarians as their own class too. IMHO I think totems would be a good way to differentiate barbarians from each other. Totems could lean toward barbarians from different editions, certain animals, or even the warden class.

When I'm thinking about it, it's probably the preferred way to distinguish them.

What I can think would be stuff like:
Totem of the Bear's Visage - The classic Barbarian build, and essentially the one introduced in the playtest.
Totem of the Civilized Beast - Something like an "urban barbarian" and 4e's Thaneborn build that can spread rage around.
Totem of the Flame's Keeper - Elemental fire themed build, very warden like.
