"Bard" twich

Clear and short:
what about a "bard" (not really a bard) with sneak attack instead of bardic music?
And mabe no spellcasting but a bonus feat every x levels?

Opinions, (not yet criticisms, there is not a fixed idea), and most useful: apporting.

So... a rogue? A bards abilities are all bardic music with the exception of bardic knowledge. So a roge with out any of the rogues special abilities, but has good will saves and has bardic knowledge. Oh yeah and less skills....... Seems a little under-powered to me

(I didn't mean for this to be criticizing. So please don't take it that way. :))

EDIT: Did you want kind of a rogue more centered on being a con artist?
perhaps change their sneak attack to every third level and give them some spell like abilities for charming and/or illusions. Or some such thing.

That's right, the first time I looked at what I had asked, I thought "a rogue", but then I realized I prefered to go with bardic knowledge+sneak attacks+feats.

(If you want, take it as a "Rogue" twiching)

And yes, It IS about taking things from the rogue and things from the bard.
If you want call it:
Would a class with:
Bab= 3/4 level
Bardic knowledge
+1d6 Sneak attack every two levels
Good Ref & Will
6+Int skill points
d6 HD
and a bonus feat every 3 (or 4) levels be balanced?
