Bardic Knowledge Without Being a Bard

What is the easiest way to gain the Bardic Knowledge ability in 3.5e without being a bard? Is there a magic item, feat, or some other way to get it?

If possible, it should level up according to Character Level. No, I'm not going to take one level of Bard to get it.

Cloistered Cleric (scroll down a little) has the Lore ability, with is identical to Bardic Knowledge.

There are some PrC's that grant it as well. Loremaster is one, Harper Scout from Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting is another. There might be more.

Draconic Knowledge feat from Draconomicon grants Bardic Knowledge ability, however the requirements are an INT of 19, True Dragon type and posess any 3 knowledge skills. This one's a bit tricky to pull off since I don't know yourt character build, but it's an option.

The Ollam PrC in Complete Adventurer gets a lore ability that works like bardic knowledge up to class level.

The Loremaster PrC in the DMG also gets a lore ability. This also only goes up to class level.

A high enough UMD check with a scroll of protege gives you the abilities of a bard at 1/2 the casters level.

If you don't mind using 2nd party stuff, the Mariner class from Dragonlance's Legend of the Twins book gets a refluffed version of Bardic Knowledge called Sailor Lore. It's sadly a T5 class though since its other features tend to be fairly crappy.
