Bard's Tale conversion??

Has anyone tried to convert the Bard's Tale (tm) game worlds into a D20 module?
For those who have played the games, I am asking for a strictly story based conversion as the classes (most) are somewhat similar to those in D20, yet the HPs , spells, weapons and monster encounters would be nigh impossible to convert...

Well thats the thing, the stats/hps/ac aren't really needed. You can use the d20 things and they'd work out just fine.

The fluff is the biggest issue of course. There are websites out there with copies of the original manuals and hint books for viewing/download which may contain the fluff you seek.

There were also 7(?) novels published which may or may not help with the fluff.

Links? I've found some of the manuals and hint books, but only a few; never all of 'em.

(Incidentally, please post this link only if, to your knowledge, the copies are legit, not pirated.)
