Basic Ed. Class Level names

If anyone out there has the old basic D&D sets, could you tell me what the class level names are for Halflings and Dwarves. I have the Basic Rules, but wanted to know what the names are for higher level Halflings and Dwarves.
For example, Halflings are called ...
Halfling Veterans at 1st Level
Halfling Warriors at 2nd Level
Halfling Swordmasters at 3rd Level

What are they and Dwarves called at higher levels?

Through seventh level they had the same title's

" "Veteran
" "Warrior
" "Swordmaster
" "Hero
" "Swashbuckler
" "Myrmidon
" "Champion

at eighth level the Halfling became a Sheriff
at eighth level the Dwarf became a Superhero

at ninth level the Dwarf became a Dwarf Lord (Lady)
after that they just tacked on the level
