[Batman Begins] Clark Kent cameo?

SuperheroHype received production stats for Batman Begins, and an ominous entry attracted attention:

"T. Welling as KENT"

Could it be that Bruce and Clark will rub shoulders during their wanderings (both characters have spent time trotting the globe while "soul-searching" before becoming heroes).

If such is the case, it's an amazing fit: Christian Bale is 30 years old and is 6'2" tall. Tom Welling is 27 years old and is 6'2.5" tall. Bruce and Clark have about the same age/height difference in DC Comics.

Is the WB trying to pull off a special suprise appearance like the one we had in Spider-Man 2 (you know who I'm talking about)?

Give me a break. Some of the best thrills are from surprises that are NOT critical to the overall plot. Cameo appearances are prime examples.

I THINK the Spidey cameo he's talking about is Doc Conners...I know I loved that one, but there were a couple of others in there.
