Alright, I've know that there was a new Batman coming out for quite some time, but this is the first that I've ever seen the name or the pics (compliments to Morrus for the link). .....I don't get it. Did this guy make a Batman vs. Predator/Alien? 'Cause that's kinda what it looked like from the pictures I saw. Who is this director? What else has he done? Seriously, I'm feelin' kinda in the dark on this whole Batman thing. I love Batman, I've been a fan for a very long time, and frankly I am ashamed that I know so little at the moment.

Have you seen the pictures the site is providing? I saw a prett cool looking Joker, but then the next images were of Batman fighting a monster that looked like Alien, and another that looked like Predator.

That Batman: Dead End thing was a FAN FILM and not real production that came out sometime last year. I think it was done in time for last years SDCC. Yes, it does kind of place him in combat with an Alien and a Predator since I think the effects guys had worked on either one or both of those movies at some point.

It's from a fan-made film. No connection to the new Batman movie. For another fantasic fan-film, take a look at Grayson.

Yep. The actual feature that you've been hearing about is to be released next summer. THe feature is to be directed by Christopher Nolan (Insomnia, Memento) Written by David Goyer (JSA, Blade I & II) and Starring Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Micheal Caine as Alfred, Gary Oldman as Jim Gordon, Ken Watanabe as Ra's Al Ghul and Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox. Liam Neeson, Katie Holmes and Tom Wilkinson are also in it.

It's to be called BATMAN BEGINS.

As for Christian Bale he's starred in EMPIRE OF THE SUN, AMERICAN PSYCHO and most recently REIGN OF FIRE and EQUILIBRIUM.
