Battlemat/Counter advice needed!

I have Cardboard Heroes as well, and am pretty happy with them. (I tape them to a penny so they don't fall over so easily.)

However the lines for cutting them out are yellow on white. You really need to cut them out in a very well lit environment or it's easy to go off of the lines.

Glyfair, what is CC2?

What kind of permanent marker did you use? I have a large sheet of plexi I bought for a battlemat, but am having a devil of a time finding a 'permanent' marker that will work with it. Everything I have tried keep coming up.

I don't remember. It was a very fine marker, probably a Sharpie brand. Also, the lines I drew are on one side and then I use the other side with the wet erase markers.

Since you have 1 large sheet you could also get a piece of plywood, paint it white, draw your lines, and then screw the plexiglass to the top. My previous gaming group in El Paso did this and then built a large circular table to put the battleboard on.

Campaign Cartographer 2.

Some guy has posted a bunch of CC2 character files on the Yahoo group for RttToEE. I downloaded them and the evaluation version of CC2 and then printed them out. They look pretty good, biggest problem I have is that the cardstock I printed them on is a bit thinner than the Cardboard Heroes cardstock and they slipp out of the plastic stands made for Cardboard Heroes.
