And as far as the liposuction goes... yes, soldiers are supposed to be fit, but believe it or not, you can be fit and have a significant amount of body fat.

Well, I was in from '84 to '92, and they were slashing health care for servicemembers and dependents both. I guess I'm glad more services are available, but this may be carrying things a bit too far.
