In Greyhawk or Forgotten Realms? Yes. In my current homebrew? No, though they have fierce sideburns normaly not possible without facial hair.

Heck yes, they have beards... Ever since the 2E FRCS and Terry Pratchett's Guards! Guards! all dwarvish ladyfolk have had big, bushy growths of facial hair. :D

I voted yes, but in my game their are two Clans that are exceptions (one of them derived from Gully Dwarves).

Of the seven Clans that do have female facial hair, it's a matter of social dogma regarding equality. In six of those clans, there is no distinguishing between the genders on the social level; All boys and girls are treated, educated and trained together. The females grow beards alongside the men, growing them into their adulthood.

On their wedding night, however, after the newly married couple have retreated, "putting on something more comfortable" also includes a ritual shaving of her beard. When the two join to consumate their vows, it is often the first time that the husband has seen the bare face of his bride, as well as the first time anyone has seen her face bare since the facial growth began to appear during puberty.

Due to the ritualistic manner of the shaving, the facial hair does not return. Consequently, it is considered shameful for a bearded female to not be a virgin, or for an unmarried female to shave her face.

The seventh clan does not shave for the wedding night, but rather shaves on the day of giving birth, with the hair used to weave a blanket. The shaving is ceremonial, but not magical, and thus the hair grows back unless it will be the females last child, in which her hormones do not produce any more facial hair.
