Now I am.

Not digging the extraneous drama with the crew [like the overdone climbing the mast scene].

I am liking the concept art aspects and the CG seems acceptable in a fake documentary sort of way for the Kraken. Really liked how evil the eye was.

Also it gets points for practicality since I'm assuming these critters will wind up in their own syfy channel movies.
