belt of quick actions - what's it worth?

The belt gives the wearer improved initiative and quick draw. How do you figure the value of magic items that duplicate feats?

There's no hard and fast guidelines for such a thing. I believe the "going rate" is probably around 25K for an "intro" feat (as in, one with no other feats as prereqs).

I think the rough guideline for feats in items is 10K +5K for each prerequiste feat.

so this would go for 10K + (10K x 1.5) for second power or 25K or so. Sounds fair to me depending on the campaign.
