Belt of STR + Bulls STR

BULL STR is an arcane spell. But the psionic equivalent is also called BULL STR. since they are two different types of enhancement (one is physical (arcane) and the other is mental (psychic)) would they stack?

Read the spell description and the power description.

If they both say "an enhancement bonus to Strength", then they don't stack.

An enhancement bonus is an enhancement bonus. The source doesn't matter for stacking purposes.

If you're talking about animal Affinity, then yes they do stack.

The wording of Animal Affinity is that it increases whatever stat you choose for the duration, it does not apply a bonus.

I think he did mean bulls str. In If Thoughts Could Kill, Bruce Cordell went through and made a list of arcane spell equivalents for psionics. No real descriptions, but he but them into disciplines.

back to wiigf: now that's an idea ... psion/sorceror multi class could be an odd choice for a character

Nah, make a Rogue that has a Wand of Cat's Grace and a Dorje of Cat's Affinity, both of them having maximized spells in them.

In two rounds, he can give himself a +10 to Dex.

Technically, the enhancement bonuses don't stack - they increase two different armor bonuses, which then stack.

Actually I was refering to an armor bonus from armor and an armor bonus from shields, as well as an enhancement bonus from a ranged weapon and enhancement bonuses from it's ammo.
