Best DVD Commentaries

I've never really paid much attention to DVD Commentaries. However, I've just watched the Conan the Barbarian DVD with the Milius/Schwarzenegger commentary - which is an absolutely classic. Are there any others which are worth listening to?
I agree with this choice. The Conan the Barbarian audio commentary with John Milius and Arnold Shwarzenegger is a classic, and probably the most enjoyable one I've ever listened to. When listening to the commentary, it becomes obvious that both men had a lot of fun making the movie. It's just too bad that these two guys won't be involved with the next Conan film. :(

I really liked the commentaries on The Shield episodes, because they really get into the whole "how we made the show" while still making fun of each other and the aspect of self-promotion.

"Everyone was great, especially me."
"Feel free to bash him now that he's left the room."

:D

I like that one a lot too, although it's rather odd that there's a commentary track from a film critic. :)

I've got a copy of 'A Night at the Opera' (on LD - don't know if it's on DVD) that has a commentary track by a critic, for rather obvious reasons.

Sometimes it can be interesting to hear what an interested third party thinks of a work.
