Best forum for computer help?

I'm having computer issues. Actually, my sister is having computer issues, and being the "computer person" in the family (even though I only have a d6 in comp knowledge) I'm the one expected to fix it.

I've posted about the issue in a couple forums. Received virtually no responses. I'm not really good at finding quality websites on the internet these days, so I'd like to enlist your help.

What's the best forum out there for folks with computer issues (specifically Windows XP computer issues)?

And thanks in advance. The guilt at not being able to fix this has been building up on me.

To be honest this one is not to bad. we dont have as many trolls here as are so prevalent on the rest of the intertoobs who can make helping people harder. Just post what is wrong.

Generally, with error messages, google is your best friend. For everything else, this forum is good. I also haunt Extremetech and Anandtech.

Yep, this forum's not bad at all. Sometimes I've used the forums at Tech Support Guy and found them to be pretty friendly and helpful too. Haven't been there for a while, but they used to be pretty good. Might be worth a look anyway.
