The 3.x forums here are still plenty busy - they have roughly the same traffic as the 4E forums do. Certainly considerably busier than most other 3E websites. And the news contains plenty of 3E/OGL stuff. Obviously, I can't make up news of fictional new WotC 3E products, but there's plenty of news there about 3rd party 3E products.
