Best of Necromancer?

If you need to buy one Necromancer product, buy The Tomb of Abysthor. It is the single best d20 adventure I own - a dungeon that reads well, plays better, and does just about everything right. Seriously, it is a great, great product.

I'll add a recommendation for Siege of Durgam's Folly, by Mike Mearls. It has a great dark atmosphere and looks like a great little (32pp) adventure "for levels 6-8", which is Nec-speak for "levels 8-10". ;)

This is just sad.

But please keep those recomendations coming. I love the few Necro products I have, and would certainly like to get more.

Kenzer ...... havn't even even been able to distribute their own stuff for 3 years at the least.

Of course not - we're not a distributor. :)

We're a manufacturer. We write/edit/design/etc., send to printer, store in our warehouse, and ship to the distributors that order our books. (And yes, we send product release and/or promotional information to the distributors every month.)

Distribution is handled by those distributors, and (though I realize this will sound like I'm passing the buck), lately I've been hearing more and more horror stories of sales reps being completely ignorant (intentionally or not) about what their own company supplies from us game manufacturers. They prefer to push big name/fast selling products (such as D&D minis) to retailers and ignore the small stuff, since their commission will be much greater.

Whenever we get details of a specific incident, we jump on it immediately, but we only hear about them when customers/stores tell us.

We also intentionally pulled back on our release schedule a bit so we could work on developing the Aces & Eights RPG (coming this June).

Tome of Horrors revised. Massive 3.5 sourcebook, tons of old monsters converted, tons of new ones, quality work, and only $10. Best deal in 3.5.

My favorites:

Rappan Athuk Reloaded
Wilderlands Box Set
Tomb of Abysthor

I like many, many others, but these are my top 3.

So there's still hope.

;)
Well, buying the good stuff now accomplishes two things:

1) It prevents going "d'oh, I missed it!" if they do go under.

2) It also gives them a little more cash to help keep the doors open.

Everyone can pick their own reason for buying up the good Necromancer stuff. ;)
