Thanks

Mutants & Masterminds, but thats 90% d20... so HERO system or perhaps GURPs?

I really like the Psychic's Handbook from Green Ronin which is a great feats 'n' skills psionic system for d20 fantasy and modern. WotC's Expanded Psionics Handbook is also excellent but is a spell slots system.

For non-d20 you could take a look at Trinity, a psi-fi RPG from White Wolf. The d20 version is probably easy to get hold of cheap on eBay and there is also the original Storyteller version.

For psychic powers rooted in real-world folklore and conspiracy theories, there's Delta Green for BRP and Conspiracy X (in original or Unisystem flavours).

Jim.

What type of campaign are you talking here? A modern scenario with players as psychics? Something futuristic. Or a Darkover type fantasy thingy? That would make a big difference.

For something modern, I might go d20 modern with Psychics Handbook or Spycraft 2.0 with the free SFA psychic rules. Future, perhaps Trinity or Trinity d20, or perhaps d20 future again with Psychic Handbook. For fantasy, frankly I'd use D&D with XPH, perhaps culling out any powers of disciplines that don't fit you vision.

A modern scenario with players as psychics. I will not touch D20 modern from WotC cause dislike some of their rules. I am looking into non-d20 rules for now.
