Best RPG purchase past 6 months

Savage Species and The Epic Level Handbook are the only RPG
products I've bought in the last six months (the last year in fact)

Of the two, Savage Species was vastly superior.

AEG's Toolbox and KoK DMs Screen have been the best purchases for me in the last 6 months.

Of what I've acquired in the last six months Mindscapes, BOEM 3, Midnight, Toolbox, and MMS:WE are the best.

I guess Mindscapes would be the best PDF.

Toolbox would be the best physical book I purchased (narrowly edges out Midnight since I'm running an FR game and don't have time for another with AU coming out).

But the best overall is MMS:WE. Since I traded for it, though, it's hard to call it a purchase

I don't remember for sure what I have bought in the last six months, i just know it has been a lot. Of the ones I think i bought in that timeframe I have to agree that Alchemy and Herbalism, Book of the Righteous, Traps and Treachery, and Goodman Games guides to were rats and dopplegangers are at teh top of my list of favorites.

Book of the Righteous is my absolute favorite though. It is, hands down, far and away, the best treatment of religion I have ever seen. I have been gaming since about March of 1986 and I have seen most, if not all, of what has been offered for D&D in all of its incarnations. This book brings life to religion for a gaming environment.

Even if had paid the 40.00 for I would say it was more than worth it. Of course I would wince with some pain when I said it, but I would mean it.

I'll have to check this Midnight out.

Exalted, would be my best buy. But if I were to narrow it down to d20 stuff it would be Book of the Righteous.

Monsternomicon for Iron Kingdoms slightly edges out Midnight for me. That book's overflowing with so many cool ideas, I half expect to find gardening tips on page 59 or something.
