Spell Cards from The Other Game Company. Cheap (Around $5.00) and extremely useful right out of the download. Plus you can create your own cards free from a download at their site for all those Spell Compendium Spells you have in your spellbook.

Good question!

I'll go with the following in no particular order as I really can't pick one:

Dragon Magazine Archive
Faiths & Avatars (2E, but man there's a lot of info jam packed into this book)
Wilderlands of High Fantasy Box Set
World's Largest Dungeon
Dungeon Magazine Subscription
Fiery Dragon's Battlebox (I use it every session)
Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting
Arms & Armor 3.5 (Bastion Press)

Aside from core books the honour should go to either AD&D's The World of Greyhawk Campaign Setting or Star Frontier's Zebulon's Guide To Frontier Space. Funny to think that, during the 80s, I really enjoyed the Zebulon's Guide but today I was reading the Star Frontier rules and I was surprised to find that I enjoyed more the simpler original version.

Dungeon Magazine

I also get a lot of mileage out of City books and modules with good cities/towns/viallges in them, such as Morricks Mansion, City State of the Invincible Overlord, Durbanford, Lost City of Barakus (Endhome), Bard's Gate, Grey Citadel (Don Eamon), Mithril (City of the Golem), Hollowfaust (City of Necromancers), and many others.

Wurst of Grimtooths Traps and the two Traps and Treachery books have been very useful. I also get a lot of use out of Alchemy and Herbalism.

I also have gotten a lot of mielage out of Goodman Games Complete Wererat, Lich, and Vampire books.

I am definitely getting serious bang for my buck with my Castles and Crusades books and modules, plus the Erde setting (which I got from the Trolls for $5.00) plus all their old modules they had (have?) on sale for $1.00 each.

I'm pretty sure I will be adding the stuff I won in my ENNIEs auctions to the list, such as the Goodman DCC's (hadn't bought any of them yet), the Iron Heroes auction, and the Harn auction. Plus the seat with Tabletop Adventures SWAG looks promising too.

Fantasy Grounds software. It has allowed me to play about 3 times a month for the last year. Without it all my game books would be collecting even more dust.

WLD. The game I'm running in FG. Been running it for a year and we are about 1/3 of the way done. Since I didn't even buy it (one of the players did) its even a better bargin for me. :)

Probably Temple of Elemental Evil. I ran that one for a long time.

3e probably Demon God's Fane. It lasted a long time for our e-mail game culminating in a great "guys weekend" ftf one.

Other good ones

FRCS 3e has been useful for a bunch of FR games I've played in.

Ravenloft CS I used a ton, my games were set there for years.

Same thing for the 1e Greyhawk CS boxed set.

Arcana Unearthed, was a good $5 pdf upgrade from the prior mini pdfs I'd gotten.

I want to say tome of horrors revised at $10 but I haven't used it much yet.

Complete Minions another $10 3.5 pdf monster book I have gotten a ton of use out of. Probably the most out of any non srd monster source.

The 2e D&D rule book CD collection although that includes core books so I don't think it counts.

Counter Collection Digital has gotten good use in my games as has the Steve Jackson Games dungeon and cavern floor plan markers and hex maps.
