Best way to push for a Best of Setting Search book?

Any ideas on the best way to get WotC to publish
a book of the 50 best settings? That's a
splatbook that I would shell out $20 for with
no hesitation, and I bet they could make a nice
bit of profit on it.

I don't think the authors would even need to give
up any more rights than they already have.

I have a feeling the legal implications/labor involved will probably prevent Wizards from undertaking this project. However, I would love to see someone with a little extra server space set up a site where we can all post our one-pagers, and then vote on all the settings posted. Maybe the ones with high user ratings might even get noticed by other D20 publishers? In any case, the archive would be an invaluable trove of ideas for DMs wanting new worlds/concepts.

I wonder if that's something Russ could do. He's probably got enough server space for 5000 pages of text, but then again, who plans to do the voting? I ain't reading that many setting ideas. :)
